Iberostar Slavija offers standard and superior rooms, all with balcony, safe, minibar, coffee machine and Wi-Fi, plus a main restaurant and a rooftop snack bar where the view over Budva does half the work. Lusso Mare, Becici
Becici has one of the finest sandy beaches on the Adriatic, and Lusso Mare is a small four star hotel about 500 m from it, with shops 300 m away and the Budva aqua park at 4.5 km. With just 27 units it feels personal, and the room range is unusually flexible: budget rooms of 18 square meters, standard rooms, one bedroom apartments and a large 60 square meter apartment with sea view for families who need space. Hotel Monte Mare, Canj
The best value in this list. Hotel Monte Mare opened in 2023 in Canj, one of the best known resorts on the coast, and everything still feels new. Its private beach is only 200 m away and sun loungers and parasols there are free for hotel guests, which saves real money over two weeks. The hotel has 130 rooms and apartments with anatomic mattresses, fast internet, flat screen TV and safe. Podgorica airport is 37 km away. From 100 euros for two people.
Hotel Twelve, Budva
A small house with exactly 12 rooms in the Dubovica neighborhood of Budva, 500 m from the nearest beach and about 1 km from the famous Slovenska beach. Hotel Twelve suits guests who want Budva on foot but a quiet street at night. Rooms come with balcony, safe, minibar and iron, there is a restaurant serving board meals and free parking, which is a genuine advantage in Budva in August. From 134 euros for two people.
Hotel La Mer, Rafailovici
Rafailovici is a small fishing village squeezed between Becici and Kamenovo, known for its seafood taverns. A few practical notes
June and September bring the same sea at noticeably lower prices and with far easier parking. If you travel in July or August, book early, small hotels like Twelve and Lusso Mare fill up first. And wherever you stay between Budva and Canj, set aside one day for Kotor, the drive along the bay is worth the trip on its own.
