Corfu is the greenest of the big Greek islands, an Ionian mix of olive groves, Venetian streets and long east coast beaches, and it is one of the easiest to reach from Serbia. The direct charter from Belgrade lands you there in a little over two hours, with no ferries or long bus rides. Here is how the package to Corfu actually works: flight schedule, stay lengths, what is included, luggage and child rules, and the hotels we recommend on the island.
Three departure days a week
Air Serbia flight JU524 leaves Belgrade on Mondays and Thursdays at 13:25 and lands on Corfu at 15:45 local time. On Fridays the departure is at 13:00 with landing at 15:20. The return leg takes off from Corfu in the late afternoon, so even on the last day you have a relaxed morning. With three flight days you can combine stays of 7, 10 or 11 nights, which gives real flexibility: a Thursday to Thursday week, a longer Monday to Thursday combination, or a full eleven night stretch. For most families the 10 night option hits the sweet spot between price and time on the beach.
What the price includes
Every package covers the return flight Belgrade to Corfu and back, airport taxes of around 51 euros per person at the time of publishing (subject to change until departure), the YQ surcharge, group transfers between the airport and your hotel in both directions, confirmed accommodation with the board basis you selected, and the support of a local partner and representative during your stay. The airport on Corfu is close to most resorts, so transfers are short: the hotels in our offer sit between 10 and 24 kilometers from the runway.
Luggage, children and documents
The checked luggage allowance is 23 kilograms per passenger plus 8 kilograms of hand luggage. Infants under two travel without a seat for a flat 62 euros and have a 10 kilogram allowance that includes a stroller. If the child turns two while you are away, a seat must be issued for both directions at the child fare, so plan the dates carefully. Be at Nikola Tesla Airport at least two and a half hours before departure, and expect your travel documents by email no later than 24 hours before the flight. Passports need six months of validity after the return date.
Paid locally
The Greek tourist tax is charged at the reception, per room per night: 2 euros in one and two star properties, 5 euros in three star, 10 in four star and 15 in five star hotels. Travel health insurance is not part of the package and we advise taking it out together with cancellation insurance before you fly.

Before you book
Check in is usually after 15:00 and check out by 10:00. For the return transfer, wait at the reception 15 minutes before the announced time. Hotel confirmation arrives within two working days of paying the deposit, and if it fails to arrive the full advance is refunded.
