How a Cyprus Package Works: Flights, Hotels and Transfers

A trip to Larnaca and the rest of Cyprus works differently from a classic charter. There is no fixed group departure once a week; instead, flights from Belgrade run almost every day with Air Serbia and Wizz Air, and you choose the date and the length of stay that suit you. That flexibility is the main reason people pick Cyprus: a long weekend, ten days, a shoulder season escape in October, all of it is bookable. Here is how the whole arrangement is put together.

Flights almost every day

In summer 2026 Air Serbia flies from Belgrade to Larnaca in several daily slots across the week: an early morning departure on Mondays, late morning flights on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, an early afternoon flight on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a late afternoon rotation on Wednesdays and a night flight just before midnight on every day except Saturday. Return flights are spread the same way, including a very early morning departure from Larnaca. Wizz Air adds morning flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. In practice this means we can almost always find a combination that gives you full days on the island. Plan to be at the airport two and a half hours before takeoff.

What the price covers, and what it does not

Because this is an individual arrangement, the package price covers the reserved and confirmed hotel service, the assistance of the local partner and representative, and the organization of the trip. Flights are booked separately at current airline fares, which depend on the date and how early you book, and airline rules apply to changes and cancellations. Transfers and excursions are also extra. The final price always depends on availability in the hotel and on the flights, so the earlier you ask, the better the combination we can lock in. Hotel check-in is after 2 pm, and rooms are vacated by 10 am on the last day.

Airport transfers

Since transfers are not included, it helps to know the real numbers. A taxi for up to four people from Larnaca airport costs 34 euros to Larnaca town and 37 euros to Larnaca Bay, 72 euros to Ayia Napa, 74 euros to Protaras or Limassol and 150 euros all the way to Paphos, per vehicle, per direction. Larger minibuses for six or ten passengers cost more but work out cheaper per person for families and groups. We book the transfer together with the hotel so a driver waits for you at arrivals.

Hotels we recommend

Grecian Park is one of the most popular five star hotels on the island, set on a rise 200 m above the sandy Konnos beach and 1.5 km from the Cape Greko national park, 4 km from the center of Protaras. It has 239 modern rooms, a main restaurant plus Italian and Japanese a la carte restaurants and four bars. The view from the pool terrace is among the best on the east coast. See the package at Grecian Park, from 228 euros for two people per night.

Golden Bay stands directly on a sandy beach surrounded by palms, 10 km from the center of Larnaca and only 15 km from the airport, which makes it the easiest arrival of all. The 193 rooms all have balconies, and besides the main restaurant there are four a la carte restaurants, a cocktail bar, a pub and a pool bar. Details at Golden Bay, from 222 euros for two people per night.

Coral Beach Hotel & Resort sits on the edge of the Akamas peninsula near Paphos, an area under UNESCO protection, 500 m from its own beach and private marina and 13 km from the center of Paphos. It is a large resort with 421 rooms, eight restaurants, four bars and lush gardens, ideal for guests who want the wilder, greener west of the island. Package at Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, from 250 euros for two people per night.

Amarande is a new adults concept hotel for guests older than 16, on the highest viewpoint in the quietest part of Ayia Napa, 250 m from the sandy Maistrali beach and 1.3 km from the center. The 147 rooms come with bathrobes, slippers, smart TVs and balconies, many with sea views. If you want Ayia Napa's beaches without its noise, this is the pick. Baggage and small print worth knowing

On Wizz Air the basic fare includes a bag or backpack up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 40x30x20 cm that fits under the seat; a cabin trolley up to 10 kg and 55x40x23 cm is paid extra, so factor that into the fare comparison with Air Serbia. Booking changes are treated as cancellations under the general terms, though a timely change can sometimes be made for a fee of 3000 dinars. Hotel confirmation arrives within two working days of the deposit. Send us your dates and we will build the flight, hotel and transfer combination around them.
