Travelers often ask us how a package to Almaza Bay works in practice: when the flights leave, what is already paid for, what happens after landing and what needs to be arranged before departure. The flight and departure dates
You fly on a direct Air Serbia charter from Belgrade to Marsa Matruh, and the flight takes about two and a half hours, which is shorter than most people expect for Egypt. Departures run once a week from May 29 to October 2, 2026, and you can choose a stay of 7 or 14 nights. The group meets at Nikola Tesla airport two and a half hours before takeoff. The exact flight time is confirmed 24 to 48 hours before departure, so keep your phone close in the last two days. Marsa Matruh airport sits 37 km from the hotel zone, and the transfer to the hotel is organized and included.
What the price covers
The package price includes the return charter flight, airport taxes of 62.71 euros, the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, the confirmed hotel service, the organization of the trip and the assistance of our representative on site. Packages in the Jaz hotels start from 2130 euros for two people for a week on all inclusive, which is a solid value once you add up what a comparable Mediterranean resort costs in high season.
What is not covered: travel health insurance, cancellation insurance, optional excursions and the Egyptian visa. The visa costs 35 euros and is paid on arrival at Marsa Matruh airport, or you can obtain it yourself at the Egyptian embassy in Belgrade at least two weeks before the trip for 17 dollars per passport. Your passport must be valid at least six months after the return date. We always recommend both types of insurance, and you can arrange them with us in a few minutes.
Baggage and traveling with children
Each passenger can check in 23 kg and carry 8 kg of hand luggage. Children under two years travel with 10 kg of checked baggage, which comfortably covers a small suitcase and a stroller. A child staying free of charge pays only the flight seat and gets meals and all hotel services, while a child with a discount sleeps on an extra bed, which is smaller than a standard one, so plan the room setup accordingly.

Jaz Viva Casa Maza is a brand new complex opening in 2026, on one of the prettiest stretches of Egypt's Mediterranean coast, about 380 m from the white sand beach next to the Almazino hotel. Arrival, the stay and the way back
After landing, our representative meets you at the airport and directs you to the group transfer. Check-in at the hotels is usually after 2 pm; if you land earlier, luggage rooms are available. During the stay the representative visits the hotels on a schedule you receive on arrival, helps with any questions and offers optional excursions run by a local agency. On the last day rooms are vacated by noon, and you will be told the exact time of your return transfer while on site; be at the reception 15 minutes early. If a meal falls out because of an early or late flight, the hotel can replace it with a lunch packet.
