Between rides on the slides, the hotel's own sand and pebble beach waits across an underpass, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, and in the evening the seaside promenade with shops and cafes is right outside. The hotel counts 400 units, including family rooms, and the centre of Alanya is about twelve kilometres away. Most aqua park hotels sit far from any town, and this is the exception. Ozkaymak Marina stands in the centre of Kemer, next to the marina and 150 metres from its private sand and pebble beach, so you combine pool mornings with real town evenings. The property was renovated in 2025 and its 331 rooms, split between the main building and the annex, look fresh. Kemer also means the shortest transfer on this list, about 55 kilometres from the airport. Packages go from 2191 euros for two people.
Xoria Deluxe, a pool complex on 11,000 square metres
Xoria Deluxe in Payallar near Alanya, opened in 2017, uses its 11,000 square metres generously, with the pool and slide area as the centrepiece of the resort. The sand and pebble beach lies just across, reached through an underpass. Accommodation ranges from standard rooms of 28 square metres to two level duplex rooms of 56 square metres, which work brilliantly when the children are old enough to want their own space. Calido Sol, the former Stella Beach, has been completely renovated for the 2026 season, which means fresh rooms and a polished pool and aqua zone from day one. The resort is compact, sits directly on the beach with free sunbeds, and its layout means short walking distances, so small children move between slide, sea and room without anyone getting tired. Add the promotion under which two children stay free and this becomes one of the smartest family buys on the Riviera. It lies in Okurcalar, 90 kilometres from the airport. Selectum Colors Side in Kizilagac near Side proves that a hotel with water attractions can still look elegant. Renovated in 2025, it stands right on its own sand and pebble beach and offers 348 units, from standard rooms to bunk bed rooms that kids adore and family suites of 40 square metres with two separate bedrooms. The aqua content sits alongside a stylish pool scene rather than replacing it, so parents get their share of comfort too. Manavgat is about 15 kilometres away, the airport 80. Practical tips for aqua park days
A few things we always tell guests. Slides in Turkish hotels usually run in blocks, typically late morning and mid afternoon, so check the schedule at reception on arrival and plan lunch around it. The bigger slides have height limits, mostly around 120 centimetres, which matters if you are choosing a hotel specifically for a smaller child. Pack water shoes and a rash guard shirt, the sun on wet skin at midday is no joke. And book early. Hotels with good aqua parks fill up first for July and August, and early booking discounts in winter and spring are the best prices you will see.
