Overview

Location: The Xanadu Makadi Bay hotel, opened in 2022, is located in Makadi Bay, on a private sandy beach with a gradual entry into the water, 250 m long, and covers an area of 500 000 m². It is the only hotel with High Class all inclusive service. It is 35km from Hurghada and 30km from the airport. Rooms: The Xanadu Makadi Bay hotel consists of the main building and around 30 annex buildings (Dune Buildings, Lagoon Buildings, Lagoon Villas and Presidential Villas) with a total of 815 comfortable and luxuriously furnished accommodation units. The offer includes: - In the main building, superior rooms of 35-45 m² (garden view, side sea view, sea view and swim up), family rooms of 73-182m² (garden view and side sea view) and junior suites of 81 m² with two bedrooms (pool view and side sea view). - In the Dune buildings, the rooms are superior type and 30-40 m² in size, with a garden view or direct pool access (dune superior swim up or dune family swim up), as well as family type rooms of 60-80 m² with a garden view. - In the Lagoon buildings, the rooms are lagoon suite 72-75 m², lagoon suite swim up 72-75 m², lagoon duplex suite 175 m², lagoon duplex swim up suite 175 m² and lagoon villa 150 m², and guests have a private garden at their disposal. Each has a bathroom, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, safe, minibar, coffee and tea maker, Wi-Fi internet, and a balcony or terrace. Hotel facilities: The Xanadu Makadi Bay hotel includes the main restaurants: Otia in the main building, Agora, a restaurant on the beach, and the FancyLand restaurant (serving lunch only), several bars serving drinks and snacks, in the main building: Rosebud Terrace, Turkuaz Terrace, Sky Roof Bar, Lobby Patisserie, Lobby bar, Rosebud Pub, at the pool the Xanadu Pool Snack Bar, on the beach Agora and Gozleme, Lagoon Patisserie, Open Air disco Bar & Lounge, Beach Bar and FancyLand - Kids World.
