Location: Hotel Shams Safaga Resort is located on a quiet part of the Abu Soma coast in Safaga, directly on a long sandy beach with a gradual entry into the sea. It is about 8 km from the centre of Safaga, while Hurghada airport is 48 km away. There are shops and local services in the surroundings, and a walk along the coast leads to the sports centres and marinas of the Soma Bay area. The hotel opened in 2011.
