Two children up to 11.99 years stay free in a family room. In line with the rebranding of the Mercure Hurghada hotel into Movenpick Hurghada, the main restaurant and reception are being renovated until 30.06.26. A temporary reception will be set up and meals will be served in another restaurant of the hotel. Part of the rooms are also being renovated. The complete works are planned to be finished by the end of Nov 2026. Location: Mercure Hurghada hotel belongs to the Accor Hotels chain and covers an area of 40 000 m2. The extra bed in standard rooms for children up to 12 years is a built-in sofa measuring 175x70 cm. Superior rooms have a sofa bed. Each room has a bathroom, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, safe, balcony or terrace.
